Who we are

ALECO Studio is operated by Aleksander Bernacki, based in Örebro, Sweden. For the purposes of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), ALECO Studio is the data controller for the personal data described below. You can reach us at hello@studioaleco.com.

What we collect

The only personal data this site collects is what you submit yourself through the contact form: your name, your email address, and the content of your message.

Why we collect it

We use this data solely to respond to your inquiry. Our legal basis is legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)) in operating a functioning contact channel for a business — proportionate to the minimal data involved.

Who else sees it

Two service providers process this data on our behalf as part of running the site:

• Resend — the email delivery service that transmits your contact form submission to our inbox.
• Vercel — our hosting provider, which processes standard web server request logs (such as IP address) as part of serving this site.

We do not sell or share your data with anyone else, and we do not use it for advertising.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use cookies, analytics, or any third-party tracking scripts.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry messages only for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable follow-up period afterward, and delete them once they're no longer needed.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive a copy of it in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@studioaleco.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with Sweden's data protection authority, Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY), at imy.se.

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
